Newseum's World Trade Center antenna going into storage instead of 9/11 museum

The top section of the antenna from one of the World Trade Center towers currently on display at the Newseum in Washington, D.C., will be placed into storage when the museum closes instead of going to the National September 11 Memorial and Museum in New York City. The 360-foot antenna, which had carried the signal of most of New York's local TV stations along with several radio stations, fell during the terror attacks on Sept. 11, 2001. More.
