Ms. Fetchet is the driving force behind VOICES, an organization she co-founded in 2001 following the death of her 24 year old son Brad at the World Trade Center. Her unique background as a Mother of a victim, along with 20 years of expertise as a clinical social worker and victims' advocate, influenced VOICES innovative approach to providing long-term support services that promote resiliency in the lives of victims' families, responders and survivors.

Shannon Breslin is returning to VOICES as a Communications Intern after interning during her senior year at Wilton High School. Shannon is a rising senior at the University of Dayton. She is majoring in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations, along with a minor in Leadership and Sociology.

Sheri Burkat joined VOICES in November, 2010 and manages the New Brunswick, NJ office. As a licensed social worker, Sheri provides direct services and community outreach programs for 9/11 families, first responders and survivors, including in-person support groups, teleconference groups and Living Memorial workshops.

Susan Dahill joined VOICES in October, 2010. Her responsibilities include managing media relations and creating the communications materials used by VOICES, including social media messaging, e-newsletters, direct mail, promotional materials and web site communications.
