Susan joined VOICES in 2019. Her primary responsibilities include developing VOICES annual fundraising plan, developing metrics and benchmarks to meet goals, leading fundraising activities and special events, and overseeing the solicitation, cultivation, stewardship, and recognition of donors.
Susan has extensive experience in development and marketing in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors; her experience includes roles in Development at the American Cancer Society, in Global Marketing at Save the Children Federation, and in project management at Unilever. She is also a co-founder of the nonprofit Chinese Language School of Connecticut.
Susan received her MBA in Finance and International Business from Fairfield University, and her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Pace University in New York. She lives in New Canaan with her husband, Lawrence, and has two children, Emily and Becky.
